Using the object modelling center built at HIS, a large number of everyday-objects has been scanned and digitized for the use in robotic experiments. The models are freely available, and can be searched and downloader from here.
The articulated body tracking systemVooDoo has been developed at HIS since around 2005. VooDoo is based on an ICP algorithm, and allows the fusion of point clouds with other sensor data to achieve a robust, markerless body tracking. The software and further information is available here.
